Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid professional engagements described on this site: Product Adoption Assessments, Feature Usage Reporting Cycles, Adoption Working Sessions, and Event Catalog Reviews. It does not cover software licenses, physical goods, or subscription products—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, whether a deposit was paid, and the notice period before a scheduled session. The statement of work for your engagement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@infradevconnect.digital within 14 days of the event that triggers the request (for example, cancellation notice or dissatisfaction with a deliverable milestone defined in the statement of work).

Full refunds

A full refund of amounts paid is available if you cancel in writing before the kickoff call and before we have accessed client materials. Deposits held solely to reserve a workshop date are fully refundable when cancelled at least 10 business days before the session.

Partial refunds

If work has begun—intake completed, materials reviewed, or sessions held—we may refund the unused portion after deducting fees for completed stages listed in the statement of work. Reporting cycles already delivered for a period are not refundable for that period.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written briefs and delivered cycle reports
• Working sessions that occurred as scheduled
• Third-party room or travel costs already incurred with your written approval

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a working session once at no charge with at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the session fee. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.

Deposits and no-shows

Workshop deposits secure the date. No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit. Assessment kickoffs missed without 2 business days’ notice may be billed a preparation fee up to 10% of the project fee.

Work already started

Materials review, interviews, and draft sections count as started work. Fees for those stages remain due even if you pause the engagement.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Refund method

Refunds return to the account or card used for payment. We do not issue cash refunds for bank transfers unless both parties agree in writing.
