InfraDev Connect
About the practice
We help product organizations read adoption honestly and report feature usage in language that survives a planning meeting.
Origin
InfraDev Connect grew from repeated rooms where Korean SaaS teams had rich event streams and thin shared meaning. Charts filled slides; decisions still leaned on anecdote. We formed a small practice to sit between exports and roadmap choices—writing briefs, facilitating sessions, and keeping definitions stable across product, success, and support.
Working approach
Every engagement starts with the actions that count as finished work in your product. We gather what you already collect, ask the teachers on the customer side who rarely appear in dashboards, and write findings in sentences before we argue about charts. Delivery is mostly remote, with optional sessions near our base in Gyeonggi-do when contested interpretations need a room.
Values
- Plain language over decorative metrics
- Shared ownership of definitions across functions
- Briefs short enough to be read before the next release
- Respect for privacy and anonymized extracts
Relationship with clients
We are not a substitute analytics vendor. Clients keep their tooling; we interpret adoption and feature usage for a bounded engagement or reporting cycle. When the work ends, your team owns the language and the next experiments.
